3. User Responsibilities

- Bot stores Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, and message metadata

- Voice channel participation is monitored for points
- No personal information beyond Discord data is collected

5. Prohibited Uses
- Spamming commands or flooding channels
- Attempting to manipulate the points system
- Faking nicknames or point displays
- Using bot for illegal activities or harassment
- Circumventing moderation features
- Sharing or selling bot access
6. Points System Rules
- Points are earned through legitimate server activity
- Manipulation attempts result in point penalties
- Users can opt out via "No Ranks" role
- DEV role users are exempt from point earning
- Rankings and roles are automatically managed
7. Service Availability
- Bot is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees
- Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued
- No warranty or support guarantee is provided
- Service interruptions may occur for maintenance
8. Limitation of Liability
- Bot owner is not liable for any damages from bot usage
- Users assume all risks associated with bot interaction
- No responsibility for data loss or service interruption
- Discord's terms and limitations also apply
9. Enforcement
- Violations may result in bot restrictions or bans
- Server administrators may impose additional penalties
- Repeated violations may lead to permanent exclusion
10. Changes to Terms

- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
