Custom lobbies with real MMR. No spreadsheets.
Players gather in the queue lobby, vote on the format and get moved into team voice channels. After the game everyone votes the winner, and MMR pays out, so the next lobby is fairer than the last.

Imposter deals everyone the same secret word in DMs, except the imposter, who gets a blank. Drop hints, then vote. The live quiz has members guess champions from splash art, abilities, lore and titles.

04 Progression
Points and rank roles. Synced to Discord.
Every member has an MMR number and a rank role that follows it, from Iron to Master. Rank roles and nicknames update by themselves, and admins can switch activity points off so lobbies are the only way to climb.
